Big O Tires

I travel a great distance to use Big O Tire in Gardner, KS, in fact I bypass (2) Big O Tire locations that are very near to my location. Why? The ownership / management at the Big O Tire in Gardner, KS is the best I've ever used. As a small business owner myself (a service provider) I immediately recognized the effort by the owner to provide the best service bar none, a business theory I use myself"�"�.his word is good.

Got me in at the appointment time.

Bryan did an excellent job in following up with me for pricing and ordering the tires for my wife's car while they were on sale. He also went above and beyond a couple of weeks ago, wrong brakes were sent from Napa, he loaned me his truck so I could drive to my doctor appointment @ Olathe Med. while they waited for correct parts to arrive and finished brake job!

Made an appointment. Arrived at my appointment time. Work started immediately. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Been coming for 15 years. Would be foolish to go elsewhere.

Work was done when I needed it to be and the price was what they told me it would be.

From the 1st phone call to picking up my car every one was friendly. Explained the prices and what was best for my car. They worked me in between appts and the car was ready in 3 hours!

Being one that does not know a lot about vehicles, i feel safe and in good hands here. They explain so i understand. I feel that they do care, especially about their town customers. When i had to take my vehicle back as the brakes were still noisy, the got it right in, no complaints

I love Big O Tires in Gardner Kansas! Always excellent and honest service. I called in the morning about a nail in my tire and they gave me an appointment for after work. Very personable on the phone and I informed them I was traveling out of state for the weekend and needed to have this tire checked. Not only did they fix my tire, but because of the information I had provided them on the phone, the rotated my tires and checked all my fluids at no charge. Since I don't have car knowledge, I am nervous every time something goes wrong with my car. Big O is always honest and upfront with me and I never question their opinions.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out very quickly. The price I paid was actually less than the price I was quoted. That made me extremely happy.

You guys are a godsend. I'm so glad to have found a trustworthy place to take my vehicles. Amazing expertise too!

I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment and was done and out before my scheduled appointment. Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service as always but, the store hours should really be extended on Saturday and maybe even Sunday. Also your lot is very tight with space. Have you considered expanding or relocating? The guys look worn out trying to squeeze more cars in than what you would do in a couple days. People like myself who work North Kansas City and the surrounding area find it hard to get service in during the week because of the commute. We schedule time on Saturday since we can't make it during the week. I say all this because it took two hours for a set of four tires and an alignment and that was with an appointment. It should have taken 45 minutes to an hour max. It's worth the wait since the guys at the shop are fantastic but it would have been nice to plan my day around the normal time frame.

The staff is very easy too communicate with. They understand their product and possess the necessary information to explain to the customer. Les Foster has a great team.
