This is the best Big-O in the area! I've been to two different locations in Olathe, KS: one took way to long for an oil change, the other forgot to check the tires during an oil change. Pretty sure "tires" is in the name! I've also been to several locations in AZ, most of which were never worth another visit. I almost didn't try this location because of those. These people are fantastic on both visits, and service was done quickly on both. High recommendations to THIS location, it would do the brand well if you studied and mimicked what they do in all stores. They are at the top of the franchise when it comes to service!

They were very helpful from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable even with our financial level. I was offered a payment option that would work for my family.The tires suggested, for what I wanted to spend, were actually very good tires. It made our Outlander rider better and with less road noise.

I dropped my truck off and they took me home and within 30mins it was ready for pickup couldn’t have asked for a quicker service.
