I give 20 out of 10 stars! Amazing staff is always friendly with quick and accurate service, never trying to upsell me a product or service that I don't need. I will definitely continue to use Big O Tires in Gardner, Kansas and I do recommend them to everyone.

I brought my car in to have a repair done on the brake lights. After the previous service at Big O Tires, my brake lights would stay on even when I turned the car off. Big O Tires went above and beyond to address this concern without charging me a penny. I am thankful for Big O Tires and the level of service they provide.

Once again, Big O in Gardner did not disappoint. called early in the day to have tires rotated and oil changed but didnt have an appt. Billy told me to just drop it off and they would work it in. Was called less than 2 hours after dropping it off with everything done. Also just got new tires for another vehicle and Billy worked with me to find the best quality and price available. Cannot beat the hometown courtesy

The gentleman that helped me ask the right questions and with his knowledge, he recommended a heavy tire. He was correct, the tires I had on my trailer were not heavy enough. He saved me future money and head ache

I dropped off my car for my oil change/rotation appointment and picked up it an hour later. Most excellent service - everyone was friendly and nice.

Mechanic was very friendly and noticed a bad tire. Had purchased the tires there and Big O stood by my warranty.

My tire was not salvageable and they gave me the option of purchasing a used tire or a new one. They ordered the tire and installed it the next day.

We needed 4 tiers mount and balanced. Also needed a new tire persur sensor replaced. The one we had was no good. They did break the one we brought in. But the installed a new one for free no extra charge were made. The price of the hole job was very very reasonable.

Fast and courteous and competent. Plus the guys all seem to get along and really like each other

The guys are always honest. I can depend in them fixing the actual problem instead of charging me for something else. That’s huge in my book. You’ve earned my trust and I won’t take the car anywhere else. Even Les the owner helped out in the shop with my car after I brought it back after they worked on an issue. Shows he cares and he was straight with me on the problem. Guys are always helpful at the counter and I can depend on the technicians to do quality work.
