Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When examining my car, technician discovered a couple other items that were in need of repair. He called me first and talked to me about the cost if I fixed it today and also an approximation as to how long I could go till it needed to be done. Very nice about it. I had them fix everything that day and the final bill was lower than I expected. As always, I was very pleased with my experience at Big O Tires in Gardner, KS.

they are eager to please, and do!! if they notice anything that may cause future problems, they will make you aware. they seem to be able to do whatever is needed, and on short notice.

Customer service is excellent. Very responsive to your needs. Owner is there adding commitment to the product. Staff are exceptional. Good quality tires for the money. I will be back and have recommended to others.

Y'all are always so good to me and my family! Even if y'all aren't certain of the issue our cars have y'all continue to investigate until the issue is resolved. All the while being so kind!!!!
