The manager Israr at Midas in Sunnyvale was very friendly on the phone & in person he gave me his office to work on my laptop while I wait for my new brakes service. After the mechanic evaluated my brakes, he came & told me what’s needed to be done. The overall work done on my brakes was tested on San Francisco incline & decline streets the following day. The brakes on my heavy Toyota minivan were so smooth that I mentioned to my kids every 1/2 hr( they were tired of hearing that...). Great service & friendly staff.

I had a nail in my tire and I went there to get it repaired but he said it wasn't repairable he helped me buy a new tire they were not busy so I was out of there in 30 minutes very good service

Service was great! Midas employees are professionals at each step and are extremely attentive to details. tried MIDAS at four different locations and never was disappointed!

I like the fact Midas manager Israr Refai provided me with excellent service. He also price matched a quote i received from another tire installer and gave a military/ veteran discount too. Since the Midas location was close to home, it was very convient for me. The only problem I encountered was with changing the spare tire which the technician forgot, but it was quickly corrected and made good.
