I went there on time for my appointment Saturday and he said there were 4 people waiting ahead of me and he could not do it that day. I rescheduled for Sunday and he did keep that appointment. people with appointments should have priority over walk ins

The service was done without long waiting.

"I bring in my car for an oil change, and 1 week after I found out that all the 4 tire pressures are around 25 psi, whereas the suggested psi is 30. So nobody puts air into my 4 tires during an oil change and they just check ok on the tire pressure check."

I always come here for my car service. They always gave good deal and the customer service is great..

I had bought a Groupon for $44 for full synthetic oil change with multi point inspection and tire rotation . I ended up paying another $50 since my car needed an extra quart of oil and had to replace the air filter. I felt I was ripped off.

They are efficient and keep to their time commitments...

They change oil very fast and do 45 point inspection. They try to sell their tires to you because it's their main business.

The guy at the front desk was nice but he kept rubbing in regret about how he shouldn't had squeezed me in the schedule, I didn't feel appreciated as a customer. To top it off I don't think they rotated my tires since they wanted to be in a hurry to close.

Always a good experience.

They told me my front brakes have gone bad, so I went to another car service and the report was all good. Just by looking at the miles on the car they decided the brakes are bad.I doubt they event rotated my tires and did oil change.
