Neal at this location was very friendly & helpful. He explained the whole experience from inspection to final bill. He suggested service & we made a plan to everything done in increments.

My undercar skid plate was dragging and I thought that I needed new brakes because I heard rubbing. I brought it in and they fixed the skid plate and inspected the brakes and told me that I did not need new brakes. They could have just as easily taken advantage of me and said that I needed new brakes and that the routers needed to be replaced, etc etc. But they had great ethics and told me exactly what I did need and did not need and I was very impressed. Because of the service they provided i did not really need an oil change but I got one anyways. Just to give them the money.
