I?ve had a oil change about 3 times and never not once have they put synthetic oil in my car. Not even at the dealer when I get an oil change they do not put synthetic oil and this time they decided without even asking me to put synthetic oil. I over paid

The Manager made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain to me what my car needed in very simple language.

"Over charged for routine oil change, there was a hidden fee of $1.95 in addition to the $5.00 oil disposal fee, I was charged $28.94 for a $19.95 oil change. No clear explanation given. This store has hidden charges ."

The manager was very helpful and went out of his way to help me. He’s good people and glad I went to the right place.
