Friendly employees explaining what is needed. Your waiting area could have a water dispenser since we’re in the desert 🌵. Restroom available I don’t know ? Otherwise all good 👍

Warranty policy work. The part that was defective was replaced at no cost.

They were very courteous. Answered all questions quickly and as I waited in the waiting area I saw them treat all customers quickly and thoroughly and noticed they had a good number of repeat customers they would always greet by name.
