I went in for an oil change, and was treated with respect, and it was quick! They have a great policy about not charging to patch your tires as well. I will definitely be back!

Every time I come to this Big O, I have a great experience. This time Julie was working up front. She helped me schedule a couple back-to-back appointments to have some work done on a couple of my work trucks. The check in was fast, and the service was done much quicker than I expected. I brought my work computer, but they were done so quickly that I basically only had time to get my computer out and open, then it was time to pack it up again!

Xavier was extremely helpful with checking the tire, finding the screw that was I'm it, and letting me know how long it would take the tire to be fixed. They got it done fast, and I was back to work that day with my trailer

I have been coming to Big O Tires to get my oil changed and my car serviced for a few years now and I have always been satisfied with the services that they have provided. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I came today for a tire that I thought had a leak in it and to get my fluids looked over because I'm going out of town this weekend and even though I just had my oil changed he informed me that I was just 300 miles away from needed another oil change so we decided to do another one and change to synthetic oil so I could go 5k miles instead of 3k miles. Might as well get it all done at once instead of needing to make another appointment to come in!
