I arrived monday morning with a slow leak in a tire. As they were not very busy I got right in. About 20 min latter they were done. They had removed the tire,cleaned the bead on the rim,and put in a new valve stem. As I was taking out my wallet to pay The "man" said NO CHARGE! Thank You Big O.

The process of scheduling a time for my oil change was very quick and easy. I was able to get in the same day I called. The work they did was great as always and done within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit today.
