I did not make an appointment and was able to slide in. The associate explained to me the time frame and was right on the specified time when completed.

From the moment I walked in the front desk lady was wonderful! She takes time to listen to your needs and gets you signed in immediately. I was able to wait while my car was serviced in a nice, clean waiting room. The bathroom was super clean too. The technician took time to do my oil change and check over my car so I would be safe on the road. This Midas is now my go to place for my Nissan.

The location was able to schedule me in at the time I requested. When I arrived they took my car right in. It was busy and alone going on but the employees seemed to have everything under control. While waiting I noticed the manager helping take calls and also helping customers doing an excellent job of communicating and having wonderful customer service. My car was done within 45 minutes. Jesse and Mr. Martinez were very helpful. I stopped in very early in the morning and they got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I was actually very impressed with their knowledge and service. Brandon usually changes my oil. I drive in from Byers Colorado just to see this team of men. They are all amazing at what they do. I would absolutely recommend this location for any car service. Initial appointment set up was easy, call back within an hour was quick and straightforward. Arriving at the location, a service tech was quick to pull up the appointment, and work with the fleet provider. After the fleet approved service, tires and brakes were installed. The technician hand tightened the lugs to prevent cross thread. Because of the hands on approach instead of immediately using an air torque wrench, I trust Midas with my personal vehicle too.
