The guy checking me out was rude. Noticed I had gotten the timing let's done somewhere else and asked where. Then proceeded to say that they probably didn't do it right. Then I had a coupon for an oil change that was $19.95 but when I checked out, they charge me $35! Probably won't be going back there.

This castle rock is my go to shop for 3 cars.

This shop deceptively screwed me $118.05 for a synthetic oil change on a 2019 Tacoma. This is far higher than any Toyota dealer or any other Midas location has ever charged me for a simple oil change! They are very deceptive and did not disclose the bogus

I was highly satisfied because after I communicated that I had an appointment within an hour of my service, including travel time. Midas was able to do what I needed on my vehicle and get me out with plenty of time to get to my next appointment. Look at the Castle Rock on Plum Creek. Location is a great manager for the store. He does all he can to help the customer and provide great service. In the meantime.

This service was for a fleet vehicle and I usually have to wait for it. This Midas has by far been the most prompt with service of anywhere I have taken my fleet vehicles. The staff is always friendly and communicate clearly.

Experience was very seamless and efficient. Check in was easy. Even though I was almost 15 minutes late due to an accident on freeway in addition to traffic for a Taylor swift concert in town.

Absolutely horrible. I went in with a coupon for a 20 dollar oil change. Lied and said the filters were dirty and charged me 90 dollars for an oil change. The total was 156.

Overall service was quick and simple. I used a Groupon and the staff made it easy to process. It was my first time here and I would come back based on this experience. Simple and effective experience.

Midas took care of my tire rotation, oil change. Wish your TV could change the channel, I was told it is programmed can't change.
