Dropped my car off for an alignment just to be told a few hours later that they were unable to do it due to there old outdated machine. Still charged me $35 for the initial inspection. I was more upset for the whole inconvenience of having to take time off

I didn't have a appointment and the soonest the were able to get me in would be 4 days later. I explained that I work during the week and needed and Sat appt. So I was able to leave my truck and they called me later that day when it was completed.

John at the counter did a great job. And Joe working on my car also did great. They knew I was on call at work and did everything they could do to make sure my car was ready before it was time for me to get called. They Ended up needing a part from Sacrame

Took my Ford escape in to have the pcm reset they charged me for a diagnostic which I didn't need they don't even have the machine to reset the pcm and now after reading reviews I put it on the code reader and there's 5 extra codes this is the worst experi

At 1800 to 2200 rpm the resonate in the cab is deafening. This the cruising rpm. I ask the installer about this and was informed this is normal. I disagree and in the process of finding someone that can fix my problem.
