I have been going to this Midas for years. I am a women and I do not feel taken advantage of at this shop. Pat and Kevin have always been very professional and polite when interacting with me. I will not take my vechicle to any other auto repair shop.

Kevin is an awesome Manager. He explained right from the start that they were running a little behind schedule, and made sure I wouldn't have a long delay. He was right. After my car was done, he showed me the results of the electronic inspection, and explained everything in detail. He mentioned that his shop could do the work, but he would have to schedule it out a bit. He mentioned that the things on the list were not needing immediate attention, but to address it in the near future. I'm more willing to go to a shop that is up front and HONEST, rather than to pay less. You definitely have my business in the future, and I've already referred your shop to friends.

I would recommend this Midas for sure. I have been coming here for years now and always get good service. I just would like to mention that when I have my Chrysler serviced and they are supposed to check my battery they do not always do it even though the
