Kevin is an awesome Manager. He explained right from the start that they were running a little behind schedule, and made sure I wouldn't have a long delay. He was right. After my car was done, he showed me the results of the electronic inspection, and explained everything in detail. He mentioned that his shop could do the work, but he would have to schedule it out a bit. He mentioned that the things on the list were not needing immediate attention, but to address it in the near future. I'm more willing to go to a shop that is up front and HONEST, rather than to pay less. You definitely have my business in the future, and I've already referred your shop to friends.

My schedule took a tight turn and i need to leave early before my car could get looked at. They scheduled me the next day and i believe went above what was expected. Solid customer service.

Pat and the rest of the gang got me in promptly, we’re super polite and put a new muffler and tail pipe on my truck faster than they quoted.

The owner-operator is great! He was recommended by another dealer. Also, the cost of repair (catalytic converters replaced) was $1500 cheaper than my first bid. I will be back to use them for all my services.
