Very good customer service and they were able to get me in quickly and offered my a $50 coupon to use on my new brakes. Also, their brake pads are guaranteed for life, you just have to pay for labor!

The report after the work was done said that 1. my horn wasn't working. 2. My battery is not dependable and should be replaced. Had I not received this information I would be eventually stranded. (It already happened recently) so I called NAPA and the battery is to be replaced for free.

First of all I do not live here (Bellingham). I come back because of the service and honesty with regard to repairs needed. There are few establishments left like this one.

They communicated well and were very simple in telling me what was needed from me. They also got the job done in an hour.
