Big O Tires

I came in with my newborn and accidentally told them the wrong tire was flat. They ended up checking it and then found the correct tire with the leak. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding! We have used other Big O locations in the past and we're so happy this one opened 3 minutes from our new home. With our neighborhood being new construction we've already had lots of issues with nails in the tires so we will likely be back soon. Thank you for an excellent experience!

They were very polite and took time to explain the procedure. They found a piece of metal in my tire, which I didnt know about it and fixed it no charge I was in and out in the time they said

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a repair of a tire with a slow leak. They found a small piece of metal stuck in the tire and fixed it for free! I will definitely be back to Big O Tires.

The personnel took the time to explain each step and give options from which I chose. They did not try to sell unnecessary items or to take advantage by only having pricey options

I called to schedule an alignment and oil change and they were able to get me in right away due to a cancellation. I had my dog with me as I hadn’t made it home from work. They let us both come inside and wait. They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it, they were super friendly and really fast. I was really happy with the service I received.

Love the big O tires team, victor was awesome made me feel very welcome, They took me to work and picked me up after. They fixed everything they said needed right away which I was already aware off. I was there to replace a tire after damaging a tire. Ryan promptly replaced the tire so I could replace it on my car at another location. He was extremely friendly and helpful with a stressful situation.

Very professional. Loved the free snacks after a long work day. It's one of the last places people want to be so I think trying to counter that by offering complimentary water and snacks is smart.
