I came in for repair of a flat tire that had a nail in it. Within 15 minutes the tire had been repaired and I was told there was no charge for this excellent service! So grateful for the wonderful folks at BigOTires. I will definitely be back when I need tires!

Everything about my experience was super. This was my first time at Big O and i was concerned about the time it would take and about being pressured to buy stuff i didn't want. Neither of those concerns occurred. Steve was a terrific guy who was extremely helpful. The other folks were equally helpful and friendly. I was done in no time and felt absolutely no pressure. I will recommend Big O to everyone i know and specifically the Whitestown store.

The staff were very friendly and professional.

For $1200 bucks worth of tires they should at least clean and shine them before returning to the customer. The tires looked like they had dirt rubbed on them.

I had a right rear tire with a flat. When I came in, I was expecting to buy a new set of tires, but I was told that the tires had plenty of life left in them. They then proceeded to fix my flat for free. I will be back with all four of our the cars in my family!

I came in for an oil change and to have the car checked for an issue with the heat. I had a leak in the coolant. The manager showed my parents the part on my car where it was leaking and explained everything that needed to be done. My parents really appreciated that. Wendy and the manager was very nice and patient with an upset customer who had come in while I was waiting.

All the employees were friendly and smiled which is refreshing as it makes it seem like a more personable environment when it's usually not a good reason your vehicle is being looked at.
