Had a flat tire and a warranty at tire barn. However i had to stop in at big o to put my spare on to get there. They had my spare on and ran tests on my car to make sure everything else was okay and it was all free and less than an hour! The staff was super friendly!

They are honest and explain services that I needed done. I thought it was brake issues and it was not. I couldn’t get through by calling so it was nice I could make appointment online.

The workers are always super friendly and professional! The lobby is great for waiting and the bathrooms were clean. I don't even mind getting my oil changed anymore!

I had a flat at work. I had a mini compressor in trunk, so I filled it and drove to Big O. They found a nail in center of the tire and patched it for free. I liked that so I asked to get an oil change, and would they honor a coupon I had in my car. They did. They got me right in for the nail repair and did a synthetic oil change at a discount price because of a coupon I had from another place. The waiting area had wifi, comfortable chairs, coffee and tea. I made an aquaintance and visited while there. It was a good experience. Will be buying my next tires here.

The scheduling was easy and fast. I showed up at the time and handed my coupon to the individual. She gave me the price and said they would call when ready..1 1/2 hours i picked it up
