Dropped without an appointment with a flat tire. Left it there had it back that afternoon. Quick turnaround friendly staff.

Great service and friendly

I made an appointment to get my tire patched. They fit me in that day, the associates were pleasant on the phone, and even more pleasant in person. The damage in my tire was too big to patch so he immediately found the tire that matched in store, talked to me about purchasing the new tire, and got it all done in under 20 minutes. The in-store associate was great to work with and made the overall experience a great one considering the series of unfortunate events I had endured with this tire. Highly recommend going to Big O!!!

Steve was great and very responsive. The tires needed to be shipped from another location. Steve reached out several times with updates.

Stacy is the ENTIRE reason that I used your services. She has the BEST customer service attitude. I could tell that she was busy, but she took the time to go thru things and did what I requested her to do (which was to email me a quote). Stacy went above and beyond to make certain that everything went smoothly for me when my appointment happened. I will only use this location from now on (and I live on the eastside of Indianapolis)

They dropped me off at my work. While they checked out my van to see what was wrong with. I had a call within the hour letting me know what was wrong. They fixed it and i picked it up on my lunch hour. Very friendly

This was the 3rd Check Engine light that was the same issue. Hopefully all fixed now. They admitted that they should have changed this component the last visit, so they only charged me for the part, free labor - and got it done in about 2 hours.
