Big O Tires

Dropped car off for alignment, rotation, balance, and oil change. Originally had asked for an alignment, but was happy they provided a free check and analysis rather than doing an alignment that otherwise may have been unnecessary. Was pleased with the reps and great pricing on the oil change, rotation, and balance. Will definitely recommend.

While driving my son's truck, I noticed that he had a tire that was going flat. I took it into Big O Tires and was greeted with helpful customer service that was quick. I was able to get a new tire through roadside hazard insurance and back on the road in less than an hour. We will be back!

This team is great! I prefer to have routine maintenance done at here over visiting the dealership, since I know they are always going to be 100% transparent and honest with me.

We were traveling to Chicago on July 12, and hit some highway debris which caused a leak in one of my tires. Big O tires was recommended to us by a nearby gas station, We pulled into their business and Tresa took care of us promptly, courtesly and professionally. She explained our options thoroughly, and took care of us and we were back on the road in one hour. I recommend them as highly as possible.

Awesome service!! The guys were totally accommodating. I was having one of those days where nothing goes right. Had to reschedule my appointment to a later time and still showed up late. When I got there, they didn't hesitate. They got my new tires on and alignment done fast. Service was great! Techs let me know what was going on. Guys and gal at the desk were very hospitable. Will go back anytime!!

There was no pressure from the sales staff to buy a certain price/type of tire. I was told that the new tires would take an hour to put on and it was done in 35 minutes. Great service!

The associates were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They explained what my vehicle needed very clearly, and asked permission before starting repairs, after explaining the cost.
