Thanks for the 25.00 gift card I had appointment at 8 and they were right on time friendly environment

We had a tire issue while on a camping trip. So not close to home and not from the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got the tire repaired and we we able to get back on our way without much of a delay.

I've bought numerous tired from Big O and will continue to do so.

The manager Dave Albertson always goes above and beyond his call of duty to accommodate myself or my husband when it comes to scheduling my vehicle for repairs and/or maintenance upkeep when it comes to servicing my vehicle or my husband's vehicle.

Great and fast service

They were above and beyond! My little boy tripped outside and hit his face on the concrete, and they were so helpful, and when I came back to get my car they asked how he was doing. They genuinely cared. Very nice guys!

Phillip and Dave have always taken great care of me and my vehicles. Dave and Phil both always answer the phone in a positive and friendly manner. I’ve always been able to get an appointment scheduled within reason. I appreciate their honesty and due diligence in finding potential issues and offering services or repairs, and they aren’t upset when extra are declined. As I’ve been coming here for several years, we have built a great rapport and I can see and feel the return business appreciation and dedication to ensuring each of my experiences is great! Overall, my experience with this BigO has been very good lately. Dave was so courteous and this is the only place I take my car for tires and to be serviced. I also got a battery there a few years ago. I am a single senior citizen and this is a great place and the waiting room is comfortable .

I had ordered a specific set of tires and the associate directed me to a better set of Big I brand tires with a $100 dollars in savings.
