Philip was very kind and knowledgeable. We were traveling south and had a tire failure that resulted in having to install a new tire. He had me examine the existing tire and explained that a repair was not possible. We were very fortunate to have this emergency happen near the Scottsburg exit and so close to the Big O Tire service center.

Such nice and efficient employee at this store. they talked to me about my tire and the life remaining and of course I will buy from them again. My tires are wearing well but I will replace them with more from Big O. A very satisfied customer and I get my oil changed there as well. I trust the management and Dave is great. Keep up the good work. I am a senior citizen and they are so nice to me especially since being a woman and not knowing a lot about cars. A very nice store and people that work there.

The guys were very busy but they worked me because I had an issue with a tire going flat

They kept me informed about the process and explained bill once job was completed. They showed me where the coffee was while I waited.

More expensive then Seymour's Big O but still a amazing experience. Only down side is it took an hour to get an oil change.

Phillip deboard is always helpful and very respectful. He makes sure I have my oil filter every time I schedule an appointment for my oil change.
