This was my first time going through Big O Tires for any service and was overall impressed! I had a coupon online and it didn’t apply to my service but they still gave me a little discount. The previous place I got car services was expensive in my opinion, and the price of this service before the discount was still cheaper than what I am use to paying. The worker (Robby Palmer) was very nice from the moment I came in till I left after my service! I has some questions about tire services and he informed me of their process and left me feeling a bit more educated and eased my mind of the stressful task of ordering new tires and let me know about some deals for tires as well. I appreciated that!

I've been coming to big o when Mike Striker had the store for a long time and now a new manager as it and I get the same service it's like personable.

Staff was friendly and got my vehicle in very quickly even though I was a walk-in.

Staff is great there & David Albertson is very knowledgeable in his job & always had great customer service! Dave should get an award for customer loyalty because he always goes beyond & above with his customers.

Such nice and efficient employee at this store. they talked to me about my tire and the life remaining and of course I will buy from them again. My tires are wearing well but I will replace them with more from Big O. A very satisfied customer and I get my oil changed there as well. I trust the management and Dave is great. Keep up the good work. I am a senior citizen and they are so nice to me especially since being a woman and not knowing a lot about cars. A very nice store and people that work there.

More expensive then Seymour's Big O but still a amazing experience. Only down side is it took an hour to get an oil change.

Philip was very kind and knowledgeable. We were traveling south and had a tire failure that resulted in having to install a new tire. He had me examine the existing tire and explained that a repair was not possible. We were very fortunate to have this emergency happen near the Scottsburg exit and so close to the Big O Tire service center.
