Great Job on all my cars

When I arrived, I was greeted by Phillip Deboard. I brought in a tire in need of repair. Mr. Deboard was very helpful, he explained to policy to repair a tire from Big O free. I was very pleased. Mr. Deboard also pointed out a possible problem of alignment and suggested the car should be looked at. I have traded with Big O for a number of years. I have lived closer to Bedford and have been at the Scottsburg twice. I feel the quality of the produce and the customer service has always been exceptional.

Big O in Scottsburg Indiana has always treated Me with the utmost dignity, care and friendliness. I have been there probably 10 to 15 times and have never once had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. I highly recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff and Quick service

This was my first time going through Big O Tires for any service and was overall impressed! I had a coupon online and it didn’t apply to my service but they still gave me a little discount. The previous place I got car services was expensive in my opinion, and the price of this service before the discount was still cheaper than what I am use to paying. The worker (Robby Palmer) was very nice from the moment I came in till I left after my service! I has some questions about tire services and he informed me of their process and left me feeling a bit more educated and eased my mind of the stressful task of ordering new tires and let me know about some deals for tires as well. I appreciated that!

I came in for an oil change and a rotate & balance. Billy was at the front counter and greeted me quickly. He was knowledgeable about my options regarding my oil change and I went with his recommendation. I got a call an hour ahead of the time my truck was to be ready and the rotate and balance performed resulted in the smoothest ride ever after this type of service on my tires. No surprise. as always Dave has taken care of me and Zach when I seen him there and the new guy Larry was very courteous and trying to learn what was going on. all these guys know that I am on disability and it is sometimes hard for me to get things done Dave work with me sometimes and helps me out a little here and there with the best thing to do at the time that needs to be done and recommend doing it before I go on a road trip so that my mechanic guy can fix it for me and get me all up and ready I am glad to think of you guys as a trusting bunch of Brothers looking out for a 65 year old woman thanks a lot guys you all deserve a gold star.
