Phillip was great he got us in and out extremely fast and they service was very professional. Everyone there was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Big O in Scottsburg Indiana has always treated Me with the utmost dignity, care and friendliness. I have been there probably 10 to 15 times and have never once had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. I highly recommend to anyone.

Phillip Deboard is always helpful. I feel that he is honest and genuinely cares about me and my vehicles.

I came in for an oil change and a rotate & balance. Billy was at the front counter and greeted me quickly. He was knowledgeable about my options regarding my oil change and I went with his recommendation. I got a call an hour ahead of the time my truck was to be ready and the rotate and balance performed resulted in the smoothest ride ever after this type of service on my tires. No surprise. Great job, as usual. Steve

Phillip Deboard was very professional. He expressed safety concerns reguarding my tires. He was straight and to the point in explaining why I should change my tires even though I had come in only for an oil change. He did not make me feel like he was pushing a sale on me. As a person who does not know a lot about cars, he was very informative and did not make me feel foolish for not knowing. He did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. And as a women, I really appreciate his customer service and professionalism in a vehicle industry.

as always Dave has taken care of me and Zach when I seen him there and the new guy Larry was very courteous and trying to learn what was going on. all these guys know that I am on disability and it is sometimes hard for me to get things done Dave work with me sometimes and helps me out a little here and there with the best thing to do at the time that needs to be done and recommend doing it before I go on a road trip so that my mechanic guy can fix it for me and get me all up and ready I am glad to think of you guys as a trusting bunch of Brothers looking out for a 65 year old woman thanks a lot guys you all deserve a gold star.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Phillip Deboard. I brought in a tire in need of repair. Mr. Deboard was very helpful, he explained to policy to repair a tire from Big O free. I was very pleased. Mr. Deboard also pointed out a possible problem of alignment and suggested the car should be looked at. I have traded with Big O for a number of years. I have lived closer to Bedford and have been at the Scottsburg twice. I feel the quality of the produce and the customer service has always been exceptional.
