Big O Tires

I was greeted by the Personnel behind the counter and they were very pleasant and quickly wrote up my order. The only thing that bothered me was that I was told 1 hour but it was 2 1/2. I could have left the vehicle and returned had I known it was going to be that long. The shop was VERY busy so I understand the delay. I will buy tires there again when there is a need.

My appointment was at 1:00 and the car was taken in to be serviced at 1:01. Loved the appointments time

The mechanic forgot a caliper bolt on a front brake job which caused my tire to lock up when caliper worked loose. Now I have a gouged rim. They did recoup by towing my truck in and correcting the repair. I also had new tires installed and are working fine.

Most of my family does business with Big O and has done for a while. I'm on the fence to whether or not this will continue. I had 4 new tires put on my truck almost 3 years ago (2013 F150 with 36K miles at the time) at which time my TPMS sensor was damaged. I have had a low tire pressure light on for those 3 years. I have had it in to Big O 3 times to be fixed and was told this trip that the front right tire sensor was no longer reading and it would cost $75 to repair. This was damaged 3 years ago during the install of my new tires and I have dealt with this annoying dash light and message since then. This issue should not have been mine and my future business is a question at this point. I'm a business executive and run a customer service department consisting of 15 people as part of my responsibility. I know what customers expect and also what I expect as a consumer. The staff has always been friendly but I'm not at all happy about how this issue has been handled.

Purchased tire a month ago, but they put it on the wrong wheel. Came back to get it corrected and was given half off 2nd tire. Had to repay the mounting/balancing even though the error was their fault. Management not enforcing state Mask order. Multiple customers/employees not wearing masks. Obviously don't care about customer safety. Won't be back

Big O is always the team I trust with our cars.

Big O is under new management and have changed their way of charging. They have increased their prices to the point of being ridiculous. Extremely high now. I had an oil change and a diagnostic test ran and was charged $89

Mitchell Moade is very helpful

I came in to get my oil changed today and there was a tall dark headed guy named Scott that wouldn't help me at all. Mitch was already helping someone and I waited 15 minutes before he even said anything to me. I ended up talking to Mitch and he was outstanding! Mitch really knows his stuff when it comes down to business. On the other hand Scott was helping a customer in front of me before I left and in the middle of helping her he left. Got in his truck and left. There was no one at the counter at this point. Finally Mitch came out and single handily helped every single one of us. It took about30-45 minutes because there was so many people in line. Then when I was pulling out, 30-45 minutes later, here comes Scott in his truck finally getting back when the rush hour was over. You guys should promote Mitch because he does his job and he's absolutely amazing at what he does. I can always count on him to help me when I need it. But as for the other guy, you should look for a replacement. That poor woman he left was so confused.

I have a tire that is leaking around the bead. I have been there 3 times and going back Saturday March 9, 2019 and I hope get some results. It is very frustrating when you have to air your tire up every other day just to feel safe when driving. These tires are the Big O tire that is suppose to be superior to other brands and top of the line. At this time I'm not convinced. Is it a tire problem? I don't know but I sure hope results are different Sat and I only need to return for tire rotation.

Big o has always been such an excellent job with us. No matter what they take the time to take care of us and our vehicle.... And sometimes even explain exactly what they did and why. No matter what we've brought to him they've always made sure that we were in good hands. We've always remained loyal customers.
