My tire blew on the highway and I was towed in. It was extremely busy, but I was helped immediately. Even when parts had to be ordered, I was updated regularly on the progress. Very impressed with the entire staff.

This particular vehicle had a rack on the side that needed to be loosened to be out of the way to do a tire repair and they went the extra mile and got it taken care of.

Excellent service from all! Considering that we were a walk in on both occasions we were there (once to have a tire put on and once for alignment) our wait time was great.

Mitch calls me by name as soon as I walk in the door and it makes the whole experience pleasant. I know he wouldn’t steer me wrong if I needed something extra done while I was in there. He is definitely an asset to the Princeton branch!

Wouldn't let set appointment. But, had me down that I was coming in at certain time. They were very busy and an aproximate 1 hour and half wait turned into 3 hours. They nicely gave me $25.00 off for the wait.

Very easy to make appointment and was very nice to deal with
