Working with John was great. He was knowledgeable, offered me several options. The crew was able to do the work the day I brought my car into the shop. I chose to walk back to the house but John did offer to see if someone could give me a ride. The work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely use this Big O store again.

I bought four tires last year. Since that time I have gotten my oil changed and tires rotated. Also during this time I needed front brakes and rotors as well as other work. They have always done an excellent job.

I was from out of town and having problems with my front brakes. I stopped in Big O Tires to see if they could help me. They were very busy yet worked me in. I was told what the problem was with my brakes and was quoted the cost and when I got the final bill it was less because they were able to get a better price on parts. From now on I will drive from north of Columbus In. to your location because honest repair shop are few and far between. I plan on purchasing new tires for my F350 ford trk. so I will get a quote from these folks. Hopefully we can make it happen.

They got me in right away and kept me informed through the whole process.
