I received great service at Big O's. This was my first time there. Scott did a great job of honestly informing me on what was going on with my vehicle. It had a lot of things going on that needed to be done. He gave me an accurate quote and the mechanics there did the job in a timely manner. That's all I can ask for. Thanks to everyone there for helping us out.

They were quick and fixed my problem. I was told it would be $350 job which turned into an almost $800 job. I don't understand why someone has to pay labor 2-3 times when everything I had done was involved with breaks? If one area is being fixed as in anything with breaks I don't feel like someone should be charged for every little thing.
