Good experience

Being a single female with absolutely no car knowledge I have had Horrible experience with other shops. Was apprehensive about bringing my car in and actually had an appetite with a different garage. A friend from work highly recommended Big Os so i canceled with the other garage and made an appt. Josh waited on me and explained everything quite clearly (again I have absolutely no car knowledge). I am definitely coming back for all my car needs.

Associate knowledgeable about the tires and size that I needed, we have been a customer for several years, Scott knows each vehicle that we own, and it only takes a very short period of time to get the tires ordered and always check to see if they have arrived at the store, then on the way to get them mounted and balanced and an alignment if necessary

I had 2 tires that needed repaired. I went in at 4:40 and asked if they had time to check them and they said “of course”. They repaired both tires at no charge.
