Very efficient! In and out within 20 minutes.

They were quick and fixed my problem. I was told it would be $350 job which turned into an almost $800 job. I don't understand why someone has to pay labor 2-3 times when everything I had done was involved with breaks? If one area is being fixed as in anything with breaks I don't feel like someone should be charged for every little thing.

Courteous service

I was in desperate need of tires and was driving in a donut tire. Big O was only place that I could get in to so quickly

They are always very nice and get me in and out fairly quickly I love this store and Scott has always taken great care of me when I come there.

Employees were nice and professional. Everything was explained including services and pricing.

I went in for a screw in my tire. Was greeted at the door and couldn't be happier with the service I received.

The guys were very knowledgeable in giving me suggestions. Very friendly and personable when they needed to be. Offered up suggestions and information that was necessary.

These guys are good.

Everything happened with incident. I didn't have a problem with anything. They reasonably explained issues with out pressing me to make decisions right then. Will be coming back to do the rest of the work.

Excellent customer service every time I have visited. I have not had any issues with service or products.

Overall, service was good. It was busy and they had to turn walk ins away. I was lucky to work into the schedule from the time I called and arrived.

I have been using this location for the last few years (I don’t like working on the wife’s van 😆 ) and have never been disappointed with the service. When my dad came in from out of town with a nail is his tire, we went up right away and were taken care of. Can not recommend the manager and his crew any higher!

On Christmas they got me in took care of my car

I was very impressed with Scott’s help with my tires. I always hate going in to get things done on my vehicle because chances are high that only men work in these jobs and they always talk to me like I’m an idiot. Scott is definitely not like that. He talks to you as if you were a friend. It is very clear that he’s just telling you options and not guilting you into anything you aren’t interested in buying. Once I made a decision it was a quick in an out experience. There wasn’t anything that they came back and said “well we just noticed that” or “our mechanics took a look and suggest that you need to” for something completely unrelated. I got what I needed, at a price I was happy with, and was able to move on with my day.
