Big O Tires

Called day before to ask if I could leave daughters car to get estimate and trouble shoot squeaky noise when turning steering wheel, left it for 5 hours and car was never looked at, will take somewhere else

Had 4 tires and oil change done. Got ready to pull out on Clifty Dr and oil light comes on. You guessed it NO OIL. Tried to get a little deal on another set of tires the following year .yep you guessed again. Nope. Your welcome Big O for the thousands I saved you.

Big O always does a great job. Friendly, courteous folks and very professional. No worries for new when i go to Big O for service.

At pulls worse to left than before it was "aligned ". Scott was pleasant but the other fellow seemed in a very bad mood.

Ok i bought 4 new tire about 10 months ago took it in about 2 months ago too have tires rotated and when tom manger got done with my truck he pointing down at back well and said sorry we messed up thread on your lug bolt and i say so what are u going too do well he said he didnt have part in stock and i would have too wait for it too come in and i drove for two days and then was very pissed off when he told me i had too wate before he could replace it i told him too go too hell that i shouldnt be aloud too drive it off the dam tire lot with one lug missing and i would need come back too that chooked big o in madison ever again well too my surpise o wow my truck like came on saying i had low tire when too pump it up and too my surpise the dam big o caps they put on were stuck on and could not air it up and then the hole cap and valve can out letting all air out tire flat so had too miss half days work too go back over too big o again and chuck manger came out chest all pumped up and said whats going on oldman and i said u are a ass hole he said what is wrong i said these dam chooks here have messed over my wife and i for last time he said what ever oldman i am done with u and throw his hands up in air and said i am not dealing with your old ass and walk off and i said ya u dont care my wife is handcap he turn around and started comming at me and i said i was call the law he said what ever oldman and bye that time other shop mebers of big o came out like they were going too gang up on me and thank god when chuck manger og big o yelled area manger of the store is on his way wow i was scare and glad and i want too let ever one know this big manger not tom are chuck but big manger i had is card but for were i put so he was a great help didnt yell at me let me tell my store and then said i am sorry this happen well let me tell u what this great man did he himself took my truck around back because shop was full and chance my lugs and said some how that got stuck not really anyone falt but showed me what had happen that the metal big o caps and froze on the stims breaking one of them he was able too take a tool and get other three off and i ask that he but the rubber caps that came with the truck and he had some in store that he put on now he is trutly a great man hope him the best and i learned from someone that the madison shop really has some bad people working there and they were trying too make it better well just too let u know chuck manger didnt even say he was sorry so all i can say is that 30 years ago when i was a young man i am 57 now he wouldnt have talked too me like that and if he had talk too my wife like he did me ok anyway i would ever ever go back too big o in madison with chuck manger that works there what your back and checks your truck are car tires before u leave there piz thanks oldman ricky

I brought in a rim that was flaking. So rim shuld have been cleaned with a wire wheel..it was not. So the tire held air for about 6 hours. Now I will be getting it repaired properly..somewhere else.

Tire was losing air pressure. They found nail, repaired the tire at very reasonable cost and I was on my way in less than an hour. Thanks.

This is two times in a row since my wife has taken her car up there to get her tire fixed. And the tire pressure sensor got broken and they said t happened before they broke it down. The first time they took care of it was great service. 2nd time they said they didn't do it and made my wife pay $100 to fix what I guarantee they broke when they dismounted the tire. I'm not going to be back there if it's going to cost me a new tire pressure sensor every time I need anything done.
