App was at 5 they didn't take my car in until 538

These guys are good.

They back into my vehicle with another customer's vehicle and then they have the balls to tell me that they are not cutting me a check either they fix it or I take it to The Body Shop that they want me to take it too but they're not giving me the money to do what I want with and this isn't the 1st incident of this with them many other customers of have this issue I will not be going back and I will let everyone else know not to go there They think they can bully me into taking what they want

I went in for a screw in my tire. Was greeted at the door and couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Service was ok, but slow. Had to ask that they reset my tires, which I was then given a dressing down too by the guy at the counter - as it was always my responsibility to ask for that service not theirs to do unless I told them. When i questioned the $60 oil change price he told me that was standard pricing - it isn't. I truly felt because I was female he was trying to intimidate me and try to make me feel stupid.

I had a bad wheel bearing. They replaced the front passenger side. Said the sound was still there so drive it until it breaks. They even told my parents at big o that my car was going to nickle and dime me to death so i shouldn't even bother. I was told to get a new car. I took it home, jacked it up, and it was the back passenger wheel bearing. The wheel would hardly even want to turn. So i spent $230 at big o on something I didn't need. And then managed to get a rear bearing on my own for $60.

They were very professional and efficient! Would recommend

BigO was very accommodating in fitting me in last minute and even provided ride back to my campsite. But when it came to actually fixing the problem that I came in for they failed miserably. I received call that their analysis showed that the coil pack for #5 cylinder needed to replaced. They made the fix and no later than pulling off the lot my service engine light came back on & the truck was running worse than before. I took it to my local mechanic the next day only for him to discover that they actually replaced the wrong coil pack (they replaced #7 instead #5). Once the correct coil pack was replaced my truck ran fine. No sure what happened!!!

Could not ask better service

I was,supposed to hear back from the store about working on my car but after several tries to get them to return my call i went elsewhere

Overall, service was good. It was busy and they had to turn walk ins away. I was lucky to work into the schedule from the time I called and arrived.

I was told that my rig h t front wheel would not balance because the wheel was bent Igot a second opinion and when I returned to the store the wheel balanced but now my ball joints are bad

On Christmas they got me in took care of my car

The past 4 times I have received services, my low light appears within a couple of hours of leaving. I checked the gauge myself this time. Driver side 20 lbs of pressure. All others 30. If I had not been smart my life could have been in danger driving many country roads. I called Mr Staker. He said maybe they need to look at the sensor and I told him I already reset. Then he was sarcastic and said maybe it was some sort of conspiracy. This will be my last Big O experience.

Well I bought two new tires and they told me that it was going to be at least an hour to an hour and a half weight for me to come back and drop them off another day or I could come back back the next morning went ahead and took the wheels and tires off the back of my truck to make it easier on them and they still could not Mount My 2 tires that I bought from this company said my rims was too big that it was going to break their machine the day was going to have to Outsource it which let me remind you is on a Saturday and my truck is sitting at the house the only truck I have and said that they could not Outsource it and have them put on until Monday! So another words I have done without my truck for the last 3 to 4 days because of this issue and I live 30 minutes from that store now I have to drive back again this morning to see if they can get them put on gas is $3 a gallon this will make my third trip to have these put on very displeased!!!! My opinion if you sell that size tire there should be no ifs ands buts about mounting that tire okay to continue my four-day event of trying to get two tires mounted to make it short and sweet I was just told at your place of business that there's nothing that they could do they suggest I go home and put some heat on the tire and hopefully it will pop on the rim if that is the way you conduct business I don't know how you're in business worst service I've ever gotten in my life I would like an explanation and preferably my money back

It was horrible. I will never go back. They overcharged me and they told me it be over a hour for a.oil change a d it was 4 hrs before I got.my car back.
