Scott, the manager was fantastic. He showed me on his computer screen that the Goodyear tires I wanted had just been issued a recall. He explained my options, pros and cons, with no pressure. I was regularly informed of the installation progress by Scott and others as I waited a reasonable period of time. This was my first time purchasing from Big-O. They earned my future business.

My boyfriend brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and asked them to check the steering and some lighting issues with the car. The oil change was completed, but the new sticker inside of the window was forgotten. They didn't listen to him about the steering problems and said he'd have to make an appointment for the lighting issues...even though the store clearly says it doesn't make appointments. He did not feel as though the workers took him seriously and he left very disappointed with their service. He gets all of his cars and now all of my cars serviced at this Big O Tires in Madison, IN. However lately we have not been impressed with the service. We will more than likely be taking our cars elsewhere to get serviced.

Last year sometime, I wrote in about my negative experience with this store. After the owner reached out, things changed dramatically. Their level of professionalism is excellent. I will say that I am fairly particular when it comes to my vehicles and these guys are paying attention, listening, and working to expectations. I am extremely pleased with my latest service and appreciate all they are doing to get customers taken care of in a timely manner.

I dropped off 1 vehicle Friday night with the plan to pick up early Saturday when I dropped off the 2nd vehicle. However the first vehicle was not done....after waiting a couple hours the 2nd vehicle was done but the 1st vehicle was not even started. It makes no sense that the vehicle dropped off before closing on Friday was not done Saturday morning early....just because I wasn't physically at the store waiting. And then for the second vehicle to be done way ahead of the first one. Wow is all I can say. We are price checking with some other mechanics and it is a very real possibility that we will find a new place for tires and service.

Just ok this experience.Very slow, over 1 1/2 in building.Not that busy of a day either.Noticed at one point guy changing my oil stopped to smoke and then continued to smoke while under car working.In the past things have been much more effiecient.I liked going there because it was a better value than other places in town.Now it's same price if not higher and a MUCH MUCH longer wait time.(And the other places will at least clean your windows). Not sure ill go back for this.

Jerrod was a great consultant. He didn't pressure me into anything to buy. I was surprised that when I got there, they got me right in and I was done in under 2 hours.

Went in for an oil change. Took in my own oil and filter as usual. The tech convinced me to stay because it would be done very quickly. The oil change took 45 minutes and only finished because I got up to see what was going on. When I got up I saw one tech in my car and another hovering beside him. I asked the guy at the counter if they were training because they had been sitting in my car for over 6 minutes. He mentioned that he "thought" they were "probably" just fixing the oil light. I told him that it was very difficult to find and that they wouldn't find it. He said "well we kinda do this every day so...." So I told him that they couldn't find it the last time or time before. He huffed and went out to check on them, sat in my car himself for a few minutes, came back in and told me "they couldn't find it...you are clearly in a hurry so I told them to stop trying." ALL THIS instead of just listening to me and or ASKING ME how to adjust it! Additionally, I had asked them to leave the remaining oil in my car so I could have it if needed. THEY PUT THE OILY BOTTLE IN MY PASSENGER SEAT!!! My 2016 Mazda 3 and they toss an oily bottle in my seat. Not the floor, not handed off to me to deal with, in my seat. It is absolutely exhausting to have to babysit this service every time. I don't know that I can continue doing business here.

I bought a battery from this store because of Scott Bomholt. I will not buy tires from this location until the old owner leaves the store. I had a very, very bad experience with him.

When I arrived I asked how long a wait for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told 45 minutes. I was reluctant but agreed. It was over 2 hours before I got out of there. I will be going elsewhere in the future. I would rather schedule an appointment and pay for the tire rotation. You would do well to be up front with your customers about the wait time.

Give me the cost of the tire and then the bill was twice what the cost of the tire. That was just to put it on the rim and not on the car.

I can tell there is a problem with turnover and the new hires have to be supervised closely to keep busy. I called and was told to come on in and oil change would take only 15 minutes. I was there for almost an hour and had to ask after 30 minutes if they were going to start on my vehicle, because the 2 guys were apparently hiding in the back and no one was working except for Managers helping other customers.

They are always very nice and get me in and out fairly quickly I love this store and Scott has always taken great care of me when I come there.
