Big O Tires

Customer service (guys at the desk) are knowledgeable. Technicians seem to be in too much of a hurry and the quality of work is often lesser than because of that. I will be back, however I feel the need to baby the techs and watch every move due to some past experiences.

The employees I spoke with were helpful and courteous and product and service were good.

I had oil changed which was fine. I was also there for a wheel alignment. The wheel alignment was NOT done because one of the technicians lack of experience. Was told a truck with leveling kit installed could not be aligned without new spindles or control arms. This information is incorrect. Wheel alignment was taken care of at a different facility.

They are great!

I hate to not give an excellent review, but one of the mechanics left big black smudges on my seats. I was able to clean them off, but that is showing disregard for people's property that they're entrusting you to be professional with. That was unacceptable.

Appreciate how quickly they got it fixed

I aways use Big O, but the wait the other day was unreal. My son-in-law had to wait 3 1/2 hrs to have a tire repaired.

They helped me with my brakes

I think $800 for four tires and to back shocks is To much. Also to charge me for disposal of my old tires after spending over $800 shouldn't have happened big O should've just swallowed that expense. Since the service was done a couple days ago it seems like I have an awful lot of noise coming from my trunk and they said they had to go through the backseat to put the shocks in so it makes me wonder if something is not right

I had taken my daughters car in to have Repairs done. They fixed the right and left H-D lower control arm w/ball joint. When they were done I had to take it back in because they didn't bleed the brakes. I dropped my daughters car off to her for after school and she got in it to drive and she didn't have hardly any brakes. I had to take it back in which was scary for her and a inconvenience for me. I was very disappointed because it was my daughters car and I expected it to be safe and not dangerous. I am questioning their work now!!

The guys at the Madison, IN Big O Tire went out of their way to help me out with a last minute tire balance job for a set of tires I had purchased at the Big O on Cane Run road in Louisville, KY. I cannot recommend this organization and store enough.

I was very disappointed when it came to getting the tires back off my car that i was having replaced one of the tires was smaller then the others but it was only about two months old and unfortunately some how it suddenly vanished i paid about 90.00 dollars for that tire and I wanted it back. I talked to the guy that was helping me (SCOTT) but they never did find my tire or offer to give me money for it. i am sure they are putting it on there used tire rack to resell. I'm very disappointed at this time...

They got the job done and, that's it. The service wasnt gone over with me, I had to ask them to go back and check my other tires. The guy then proceeded to walk out look and said "they're fine". I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I didnt even receive a phone call when my car was ready (I had someone pick me up). I will probably NOT ever use Big O again

I can always count on great service at the Big O in Madison, IN. Service manager Tom Strayer is particularly personable and service oriented.

Good service just a little pricey.

Scott and Jared were so helpful. Jared helped me to get financing and Scott helped walk me through the repairs, explaining everything they were doing to my car, and letting me know the difference between prices. I cannot praise this team enough for all of their hard work and getting me back on the road in a timely manner!
