Big O Tires

They were busy had to wait a few minutes.

The associate's were very friendly Scott got me in and out fairly quickly. I love this store

Went in for an oil change but waited almost 2 hours. I called ahead to schedule but it is first come first serve. To their credit, they must be doing something well! Additionally, the staff was friendly (offering a new pot of coffee for example). Hopefully they didn't over tighten the drain plug (they installed the new one which I brought with me), but I'll probably return if/when something major goes wrong.

They kept me updated on my truck

Had a brake work a line and had to take it back the next day but there got it right.

I love Big O Tires. I appreciate the service and guarantees. I have used Big O tires since 1996. The major drawback is the amount of wait time for service. This makes it difficult to bring our car in for regular maintenance.

Every time I have been to big o tires they go above and beyond my expectations! They are always friendly and helpful and will do right by me and my family every time! I was amazed at how much they care and will continue to be a customer there as long as I have a vehicle! They are my number one choice and I recommend them to everyone!

They taker care of all my vehicles tires. My Daughter bought a 4 runner. They did oil change as always. Tire rotation also as always. Charged me 15. Kinda disappointing when i spend sill that money there.

Information was quick and the fact they were on top of whatever I asked.

When you have 5 oil change's only have one area to work on oil change's, I would make a change to getting them done quicker. As I waited an hour even before the car was brought in I was number (2). So the price went up 5 dollars from 3 months ago just have not figured that out yet. So needless to say for what it cost I could have changed it for the cost and the amount of time I spent at the location for a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The Madison Indiana big o group is a group of individuals who are Extremely knowledgeable, Friendly and Always willing to work with you. I am Highly Recommending this store to All of my friends and business associates!! They are displaying characteristics of a WORLD CLASS group. I hope this is shared with the group.

Tires & oil change too expensive. Rebate card not received after 60 days, and 3 employees at Madison failed to even find me a reason, or give me any assurance the rebate would be honored, or when, 2 days after I asked. Tom took my call today, and I continue to wait . . . he said someone would do something about it tomorrow.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE. THE SERVICE WAS A LITTLE SLOW BUT THE MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY. I BOUGHT 2 SETS OF TIRES FROM THEM AND ONE SET DID NOT RIDE VERY GOOD. THEY PUT A NEW SET ON AND IT ALSO COST MORE FOR 3 DOLLERS MORE.

They stayed open late to repair my flat and replace the other tires. Truly great service! Thank you!

I received fast service. I also appreciated the way I was shown a potential problem with my tires. I have a very old car. It seems that when the tires were rotated only the air wrench was used. As soon as I drove away I realized that the tires were very loose. I had to try and tighten them myself before I returned to have them torqued. I must also say that I disagree with the new policy that a warranty has to be purchased when the tires are aligned. The reason I took the time to take this survey is because I have purchased tires at Big O for three cars' worth or approximately 25 years at the same store. I have appreciated the friendly and helpful service.

New tires, 4 wheel alignment and front brakes.They have the best tire warranty and road hazard in the business. Quality repairs.

I went in for a tire rotation and balance and I am going to have to take my truck back because one of the tires is way out of balance I live 30 minutes away and this is something that I shouldn't have to go back for its pretty routine .
