My tire picked up a spare screw on the road and was flat when I woke up that morning. While I never heard what the price would be, I was sure I could afford it and just sat patiently. The wait time was about what you would expect, and the lobby was clean and the accommodations for COVID-19 left me feeling secure in waiting in the lobby (as I had no other choice but to wait for my car). They patched my tire with no problem and kindly informed me of why my tire was flat, and they wouldn't be charging me for the patch. While a little information before about the price before they took my car would have been nice, I'm in no way upset about the overall experience - especially because I had no idea what made my tire flat. You have nice employees and a wonderful store for the Madison, IN community. Thank you.

They entered the wrong mileage. The mileage they entered is what is recommended for the next service. Would have been 5 star otherwise

Scott; Chuck and Jared were very informative professional and helpful. Started out just getting 2 new tires . Within the week I have gotten 2 more ; ball joints and brakes. I love this place and the people who work there. Very satisfied Customer for life ! No pressure great price excellant people. Thankyou .

2 1/2 hour wait....and that was with an appointment. But I got my tires, and was pleased that they were round and full of air.

There price beat every place I checked

Wasnt offered an alignment check. Would have accepted it cause my car may need one. Thought the price was a bit much. The rim wasnt on the car and the old tire wasnt beaded. Other shops charge less then 20 and do just as good of a job. I may return for a free alignment check.

The individuals who work there were very nice. They got everything I needed done on my vehicle but I was there 2.5 hours (one worker said that was better than the estimated time to fix the problems).

Excellent, timely service. Unfortunately, a floor jack was used on the pinch weld and it is now bent over and a rust hole has appeared.

I brought my new wheels I purchased to be mounted on my tires. Check in was very quick. I didn’t wait on my vehicle but I got a text fairly quickly that my vehicle was done. I absolutely love the outcome.
