Big O Tires

Saturday I had a tire rotation done and left with a missing lugnut- which was replaced and taken off of my bill my next visit. Saturday's visit I was given a quote of $175 for back brake pad and rotor replacement so I came back Monday to get it done, after the service was completed my bill was $311??? Almost 2 times as much as my quote?? And when I got online to price my pads and rotors I found all the parts for about $170. Pretty salty about that since I've been going to this specific big o with all of my vehicles for years now and have NEVER had that happen to me. The staff was very friendly and the building itself was clean and welcoming as it's always been, but I'm disappointed at how much I was charged even after getting reimbursed for the lugnut I replaced.. thankful everything is fixed but I doubt that I will be returning for future services. It was fun while it lasted Big-O but I'll keep it to local business from now on.

very good all around service: i felt they did an excellent job.i wish when it was suggested to go one size bigger on a set of tires because it offered a bigger selection they would have mentioned my spare tire would now be useless. i was told this after the tires were mounted and that since i have a 4x4 i would need to buy another spare.

Everytime I go to the Big O in Madison, Indiana I am treated great. The associates are awesome one keeping you update on your wait time and I love that they never try to push or pressure me into purchasing unnecessary services.

I got a good price on a good tire and Tom is a genuinely caring businessman.

We needed to replace a flat tire on our van and when I called Scott was extremely friendly and explained what they had in stock. He also let me know that they had a used tire that may fit our needs. There was zero pressure to buy the biggest and best once I explained our needs and the reason. When we arrived the service was extremely quick, the tread was measured with us present and when we noticed a piece of metal in the the tread it was pulled out with us present and the tire was checked over again to make sure the tire was still acceptable. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back.

I didn't like getting charged $72 for mounting and balancing when I purchased new tires.
