Big O Tires

Busy day. Took 1.5 hrs for a flat repair. Other than that. It was great.Fresh coffee too.

Tom Staker was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a nail in tire.They fixed and I needed tires rotated. I was very worried about the price.Money is tight.He told me it was my lucky day.NC at the moment .Due to Corona virus.

It took 2 hr to put on 3 tires and I even called ahead

Given accurate pricing, truck was completed in a timely manner and all associates answered all the questions I had.

I asked to have a tire patched, not plugged, and was told they use a patch/plug which goes on the inside of the tire, which seemed ok. When I was putting the tire on the car I noticed it was not re-balanced? I thought when a tire was broke down from the rim it would have to be re-balanced? Since I live 5 miles north of Milan I wasn't driving back to Madison. I'll see how it goes.

Friendly service, great prices, associate was able to answer all questions and went out of the way to help with any concerns I had.

Visit Date 26,2018. Waiting time 1.5 hrs. Comments:Due to a standard Big O brand tires were not in stock. I was offered same quality line. Was told that the Big O logo was not shown on them, I assumed they had the same assurances as Big O. An asterisk (*) indicating several items not covered the same as Big O. TIRE PROTECTION PLAN INCLUDES...The three items shown also have an (*) does this indicate that these three items are not covered? PS Your office and waiting areas are greatly improved.

Fast service friendly staff

I always use Big O in Madison, IN, but I usually drop my vehicle off & come back later to pick it up. This time I waited for my van & couldn't help but notice how dated, worn, and dirty the facility was. I don't mean dirty because the staff didn't clean, but dirty due to the age of the flooring, etc. My family used to own & operate a VW dealership in this same building, and I am certain that the flooring is the same that was when it was when my father's VW dealership was in operation (he passed away in 1988). I would like to see the facility updated so that visitors to Madison would have a positive impression of our local businesses rather than being appalled. The service was great, but I felt greasy & dirty when leaving the building.

i had a flat tire on my truck & took it to Big O to be fixed. they were quick & Scott was very helpful. there was no charge for fix-a-flat during this pandemic...which was a very nice surprise! these guys are always my go-to for tire issues !! they are great!

I like taking my vehicle to Big O Tires because I always feel like I get quick efficient service. I’ve been for tire service (had a tire that was damaged and needed to be replaced) plus a recent oil change and always had excellent service.

the tires i ordered online had an advertised $25 rebate, but when i mentioned it the cashier said it did not apply to the tires i ordered.
