I can always count on great service at the Big O in Madison, IN. Service manager Tom Strayer is particularly personable and service oriented.

Scott, the manager was fantastic. He showed me on his computer screen that the Goodyear tires I wanted had just been issued a recall. He explained my options, pros and cons, with no pressure. I was regularly informed of the installation progress by Scott and others as I waited a reasonable period of time. This was my first time purchasing from Big-O. They earned my future business.

Last year sometime, I wrote in about my negative experience with this store. After the owner reached out, things changed dramatically. Their level of professionalism is excellent. I will say that I am fairly particular when it comes to my vehicles and these guys are paying attention, listening, and working to expectations.
