love the truck tires and deal on warrenty, had front end alinment done and was off after alinment and had to come back and have realined today and is better but still not perfect ,pull just a little to right still, but I will be back for tires, i like them and will buy tires again, for car next time and will tell family about your tires, i thank you for the deal on tires, George Vann

Very friendly and helpful

The guy who helped me, his name was Scott, was very helpful in spite of having knee surgery. I got way more than I expected and my car is riding great.

I was having a "squeaky" brake problem and had returned a couple of times to have it repaired with no improvement.Later I was there to have my tires rotated and Tom noticed the problem.I made an appointment to have them looked at again and now they are fine.Thanks to Tom for the great service!

Friendly and accommodating. Loved the free tire repair! It was already a crappy day from that situation and it was a nice surprise.

Everytime I come into my local big I tires I am greeted with familiar and cheerful smiles. They welcome me back and instantly ask me how they can help me. Speedily getting my car into line and even the mechanics greeting and asking how I am. Meeting me outside to hand my keys and cheerful praised to have a good day on my way out.

Good job all around. Bought a used tire and it was installed economically. However, you still owe me $5 on the rebate offer for buying a set of Michelin. I bought, got a $70 rebate check, was promised $75.!!

I called ahead to get price on break,rotor, and caliper install and told the guy I already had the parts. Guy on phone said $120 for breaks and rotors and $60 for calipers plus tax. So I assumed about $200 total. Once job was complete I was told well over $300, but I had a $50 off coupon so ended up paying $300. I wasn't prepared for the extra $100 but what could I do. After the job was complete and I asked why it was more I was told it was $30 for each caliper and then was charged $120 for one set of breaks and rotors and then more for the other. If that is the going price then fine, but when I ask ahead what the price is and it ends up being a lot more that isn't right. Had I known I would have went elsewhere. I will use Big O for oil changes and tire rotation for now on and that is it.

The wife ran over some rocks going up Hanover hill, she bent her steel rim and the tire deflated immediately. When we took the car to Big O tires in Madison they were able to fix the rim and save the tire. Great job and excellent warranty

the associates at this store are very experienced and knowledgeable at what they do and they know tires all are friendly, they get you in and out, i like the express lane they have set up. Very nice facility.
