Found out I had another problem than I expected and was quick to let me know. I got it fixed right away. It didn't take as long as it could've. There was a defect with the product and ASAP they were able to have it fixed for me again. I appreciated the quality of help and consideration!

Didn't like the alignment pitch.....Stop trying to sell it to everyone. People know If their car needs an alignment or not. Loved the tires and did a great job with them.

When I called to schedule an appointment to service my 2010 Chev Treverse, the associate that took my call was very friendly and ready to take care of my needs. Upon arrival to the Madison location, I was treated with the same friendly service. I was very happy with time they took to show me my options and show me the problem with my tires and struts on my vehicle. It was serviced and ready to go in less time than I had anticipated, always a good thing. My vehicle drives so much better now. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely return to Big O again. Thank you for a great experience and I will definitely refer you to my friend and family.

Did a great job on my alignment. I dropped it off at night, put my keys in drop box. When I picked up my vehicle I had questions because I was interested in tires. I felt rushed off and now I'm not sure if I want the tires or not.

Came in without an appointment for a oil change and was accommodated mediately. Was surprised when handed the invoice that $64.00 was charged for the service. Question the amount with Tom, the store owner, and he discounted $15.00 from the invoice.

I have always used Big O & Scott Bomholt because of his customer service. I just sent my father there a few weeks ago & he bought 3 sets for his vehicles. My father was also satisfied there for I felt I need to feel this out. Thanks
