I was very happy with the honesty of being able to repair my tire as opposed to being deceived into buying another tire. I love the honesty!!

Went in with out appointment, got worked in and was on my way in less than 1/2 hour

Purchased new Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac LT275x65R18. Great looking tire and every review I've read say they are very most excellent tires. At 9/16" they have a greater tread depth than any other tire i looked at. Ride well and handle/corner well. Just a little bit noisier than the Michelin A/S highway tread tires that came on the truck but LOOK a whole lot better.

I have been coming to Big O tires for years. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Nice social distancing set up.
