Did more than I expected. Big O is much more that just tires! The store manager (Tom Staker) and staff are absolutely top flight. He goes over the situation before any action taken. Explanations are very clear and understandable. I trust him completely.

Scott B at the Madison big o store was amazing! He really went above and beyond for myself, and more importantly for my safety. He had to keep my car overnight to order the tire. The tire was there quickly the next day. He got my tire changed, tires rotated, and aligned. He did a great job going into detail of what was wrong and what I need to do next to ensure I don’t have this problem with any other of my tires. He was so personable and it felt like I knew him on a personal level. I will always request him when I go back to the big o in Madison.

My car lost a tire and I was able to get it replaced in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. Staff tried to find a replacement tire that day (called several locations) but none were available until Monday (I appreciate the staff trying to get it quicker — thanks)
