Everything went smoothly. Very professional group.

Was able to get everything completed in one day. Did new tires, brake pads, rotors on all for wheels, in a timely manner. Scott Bomholt is great to work with and kept me informed as they worked. Great service, feels like a new truck!

Had an oil change done on 11/10/15. It was very busy, but staff made every effort to speed the process along and not prolong the wait time. Service was great, always reliable and respectful at Big O.

Very pleasant salesperson. Scott was extremely helpful. Was very satisfied that I went in to schedule an appointment for new tires and they had some in stock. They offered to install them that day. It was mentioned to come in and get the lug nuts checked after driving it for a few days. I walked in today and within about five minutes someone from the front was outside checking the tires.

The employee who checked me in was extremely helpful and had great customer service. I was in a hurry and he made sure my truck was finished on time. He checked in with me throughout my wait and ensured I was up to date with how things were going and how long it was going to take.

I had recently been in a wreck and my normal car was totalled. I had made a purchase if a used vehicle the night before and needed it road worthy for myself and my grandchild. I phoned and informed I couldn't wait long due to my injuries and was very uncomfortable sitting. The took me straight in, made me comfortable a d got me put as quick as they could.
