I was very impressed by the courteous and respectful attitude of the owner. The service was prompt and well done. I was told and also shown the problems with my car. The prices were reasonable. I was treated like a family member and will highly recommend the Big O Tires in Madison!

I spoke with Scott Bomholt about different tire options. He preferred the tired I wanted and held them for me until I could get there to have them installed. Although the tires were expensive Scott made sure I purchased while they were on sale.

I had a wonderful experience at Big O Tires in Madison, IN. I went in with the intention of only needing/buying new tires, but upon further inspection I was told I needed new brakes and rotors badly. The man who worked with us, Chuck, did a wonderful job of explaining what the parts were that I needed and why they were needed so quickly. He was factual, and helped explained things to me when I was confused. I will definitely be going back to Big O Tires in Madison for my future car needs.

Chuck treated me great I had some difficult Lugnuts removed however they was able to remove them in a timely manner, I was very please with my Service I just wish someday you will always offer some kind of military discount other than that great experience

Just a crazy customer who was sitting next to me who was not wearing a face mask. Acting kind of wierd. Anyway the people who worked there were great.
