Normally, my brother-in-law takes care of my turn signal light. He was too busy this week, so I took it to Big O. Yes, it seemed a bit steep in price, but it allowed the bulb to be replaced. So, I received my desired outcome, but I paid more than I thought it should've cost.

I feel comfortable with the care my vehicles get. Tom and Scott are pros when it comes to customer service. Their knowledge plus their willingness to do the best job is not matched by ANY other auto/tire care business in a tri-county area.

took my car over late told them I could leave it overnight, called me before they closed same day and said it was ready. also very friendly personal.

The manager was extremely accommodating and let me know it was time to rotate my tires along with the oil change. He and his staff made sure my Toyota was taken care of. He is a great manager and has great customer service skills even at the end of the day.

Over all , it was good . The price to plug a tire , I thought was a little high. I'm going to be putting o 4 new tires on my 4 x 4 work truck this spring.
