we were 4 hours from home with a screw in our tire they couldnt patch it so they put our spare on at no charge.

I had 2 tires blow out on my camper, one wheel was ruined, they helped me find a matching wheel even though it wasn't from them (we found it on e-bay it came with an 8 ply tire) took the 8 ply off the new rim mounted the10 ply tires that I bought, put the new 8 ply tire on my spare rim. No charge for the balancing and mounting. The only cost was for the 4 new tires they ordered for me. Great service, polite people. If your in or around Madison, In. and need tire work these are your guys. Highly recommend them!

I was unfortunately late for my appointment but the employees allowed me to keep my car there overnight. They called me 15 minutes after the opened about my service, which really showed me they prioritized my vehicle. Even though my tire was unrepairable, they put on my spare without me asking. Upon request they even loaded my previous tire into my trunk and had everything ready for me at pick up. All of the staff were incredibly kind.

My family and I were in from out of town and camping at a local state park when we got a flat tire. We contacted Scott Bomholt at Big O Tires and he was able to arrange for same-day service. I stopped to make an appointment to have the tires rotated, balanced & the brakes checked - they said we'll do it right away.

Jarrod explained all the specials, discounts, etc., to me well. He’s a good listener & polite.

Had tires rotated and oil changed. They informed me I had about 20% remaining on my tires which I appreciated. Quick and friendly service.

One of set of four tires that I had purchased from Big O Tires had developed a slow leak. BIG O replaced the valve stem and didn't charge anything for the service and they took care of it relatively quickly.
